As I’ve talked before, sleep is one of the top essentials to stay sane in life and within our bodies. When neglected, we could embrace lots of discomfort and even behavioural issues on our daily lives.

Today, I’m bringing you an awesome podcast about sleep issues, and in which I’ve been featured: Sleep Like a Boss podcast by Christine Hansen.

Christine is a sleep coach with some kicka** abilities on the topic, which is not only most needed but also pioneering. She invited me as a guest to her new show and it was both fun and incredibly interesting. On this episode I’m sharing my best health knowledge and Feel Good philosophy, along with great little nuggets and advice on how to start knowing your own body, why is it important and how to embrace a feel good life.
