Welcome to this my health section, where I will briefly explain what I do and how I work as a doctor.
As most doctors, I have a normal day job where I get to do medical check ups on daily basis to become aware of any disturbances of the body before they become something else. Through this job I get to not just check but also teach my patients what they need to know to improve their health instead of dealing with sickness after it has appeared. It’s been and will always be my aim.
As a creative, curious mind, I do online work as well, which involves the same kind of work where I help people understand their health patterns to improve both physically and emotionally.
I believe 100% that physical health is the final result of the mental and emotional layers that we all are. One feeds the other and so it becomes a cycle. My mission is to be on absolute surveillance of this self-feeding equation while helping people become aware of their own body and needs.

Yes, stress is the new silent killer. The one and only thing that makes everything go downhill, from your sleep quality to your immune system all the way to your ability to focus at work every day or at home. The minute stress has too much room inside your head, your body will suffer.
